How Do You Build Your Product?
I think that the if you want to be successful in insurance, you should probably still start in consumer insurance companies. They have their own set of incentives and they don't necessarily care if you build a good product. If somebody is willing to pay you $500 for a product, that's a much stronger indication than if an insurance company gave it to them for free. I'm looking for Pareto efficiency. So I try to read at least two books a week and they're mostly through audiobooks.
