I needed a bit of a mental health reset recently and I discovered this new podcast it's called new mine. It's just like one person talking your ear about ways to see the world differently if you're like me sometimes you tend to take things a little too personal and this can really help you shift your perspective a little bit. The most recent episode that I listened to was about case Kenny's theory of like peak end memories of events or things that happened in your life. You only remember the peak of something the really good times and then you also only remember the end of something like your favorite TV show.
