Russia tried to influence a referendum in the netherlands on an association agreement with ukraine. They usedarti and sputnick, the overt propaganda outlets, to influence discourse there. And they also put out some fake vidios that claimed that ucranians would commit acts of violence if their referendum were to fail. This was kind of a dual opportunity undermining both, you know, ukraine's support in the ur atlantic community, but also undermining european union unity at the same time.
