I will never saw you the idea that changing your thoughts will solve every single problem on its own without paying any attention to anything else. Nothing in your life is not improved by bringing intentionality and self-compassion to your thought process. That's what it means to use thought work intentionally in your life. All of the work that I do is about teaching you how to feel empowered and feel able to navigate this human experience more skillfully, more effectively.
