Are Your Managers Not Managing Resilience?
If your managers are not managing properly, if the organization lacks the resilience it needs for the kind of business it's in, then that's a strategic issue. There are companies today that are in businesses where things are changing almost every week. They need to be adaptive and they need to be quick on their pins. The hard thing is when you're used to a particular pattern of operations and then the company has a new opportunity that it can resist. That's a very tough situation to deal with.
