Trasadone and Insomnia

A 2022 retrospective cohort study found significantly increased fall risk in patients using Trasadone. Another 2018 Cochrane review of three randomized control trials with 370 adults showed moderate improvement in subjective sleep outcomes with Tr asadone compared to placebo. Two other low quality randomized control trials found no difference in sleep efficiency assessed with polysemonography, so really mixed evidence on efficacy.
