Seeing Yourself as Others See You

i feel like that makes sense, because if you're too crazy and all over the map, then it'll be harder for people to identify with you. We all have social flaws, ranging from harmless ones to problematic ones. By going through exercises to try to see yourself as others see you, it can help you work out these kinks - sometimes even calling them out. All of us have foolish sides, moments in which we lose our heads and think more of our ego or short term goals. Its human nature. Seeing this foolishness within you, you can then accept it in others. This will allow you to smile at their antics, to tolerate their presence as you would a silly child
