The Effects of Follicular Training on Endurance and Muscle Size

In terms of adaptations, we're seeing some positive adaptations in the follicular phase. In terms of time trial performance, we've seen women doing like 13% better during the follicular period. So for an athlete who already has these things dialed in, there is potential that they might benefit to playing around with their nutrition at this point. It could also be potentially a great time for,. you know, recovery diet bump or reverse diet bump in carbohydrates in the follicles phase.
