Troy from Bendigo on the text line has a question that says, is any country even close to manipulating the weather on a daily or seasonal basis? We have manipulated the weather by putting greenhouse gases in the atmosphere. And Brisbane got hit by eight cubic kilometres of water in three days. So can we manipulate the weather to give us rain where we want it reliably? No. But have we changed the weather with regard to climate change? Yes.
