The Different Standards of Jurisdiction in a Civil Case
This is not the criminal case a charging rape and that means the steam standards are different because in a civil case the standard is not beyond a reasonable doubt you under New York law at least. When Donald Trump moved he actually then allowed as a consequence this case to be brought by Eugene Carroll in federal court. That's right yeah so it's diversity the term is not so consistent with the way we tend to use diversity these days right in common parlance.
