Jugel Yang persuaded Sun Quan to ally with Liu against Tzal Tzal. Most important to the alliance was Swin's fleet of ships on the Yangtze. Jugel Yang staffed his ships with straw bales dressed as sailors, drawing enemy fire. He predicted a shifting in the winds that would enable fire ships to plow into TzalTzal's fleet.
