The Rise of Online Learning and Hybrid Learning

FE White Paper skills for jobs came out recently highlighting the need for quality educators. What are the main things you think we need to ensure we do have quality educators? I would say that by that definition of innovation FE is fantastic innovating it does it all the time all over the place. This year there's had to be an awful lot of innovation this year in use of online learning and hybrid learning. It's been really interesting to see how colleges and other providers have gone about rethinking their curriculum.
