Is China Going to Copy Europe in the Gean Editing Revolution?

China has invested enormous quantities of its own scientific man power and its resources into gean editing. They have more gean editing patents for agricultural crops than the united states. China doesn't export a lot of agricultural produce to europe, so if china goes ahead with jean editing, that's going to leave the europeans isolated. And my hope is that they will realize, responding to pressure from their own scientists, thatth court decision on gean editing has to either be re litigated or they have to rewrite their g m o directive in order to make it possible to turn this technology loose.
