Pancreatitis - Oral Challenges?
The standard protocol would be a 250 milligram amoxicillin challenge with one hour of acute observation and then two to five days of delayed observation. The highest risk cases, we really do have to just refer them to an allergist for full allergy assessment and management. So the first approach is really like de-labeling aggressively whenever possible. And the second piece is careful consideration of syphilis, foreign use.
