Is There a Need to Start a Blockchain Project?

In many cases, there is absolutely no need to do that. The only problem is that it just creates additional confusion at the general public in terms of what blockchain actually is and what it can achieve. That creates all these, it's a very unrealistic expectations. And so my role there is first and foremost education, so telling them what theBlockchain actually is when the project looks more like a chain need then showing some alternatives.
