The 80-20 rule says that the 20% is the bottleneck that needs to be solved and made 10 times better. So my son Caleb, he wants to be a college tennis player; his coach recently asked him what if he made the goal to go pro? From my standpoint, that's a 10x jump. The higher goal would actually have a simpler process. If you really wanted to go to the pro level, there's far less pathways. There are only like three to five truly coaches that could get him to the pros.
