Are There Many Reports of Blue Panic Orbs Having Been Seen Indoors?

I've seen something eerily similar. These signature blue color, size and movements are all things i witnessed when i was about 12 years old. I remember telling my chemistry teacher what i witnessed. And that's when i first learned about ball lightning. That's really cool that you may have been able to see ball lightning yourself. It's a rare phenomenon, and so being able to see it is awesome.
