The Third Principle of Epidemics
From a zero point, one millimeter piece of paper, folding it 50 times, it gets to a hundred and 12 million kilometers tall. So this is an example of geometric progression. Just from a tiny piece of paper up to a refrigerator. That's a big, big estimat tere the refrigerator. And our brain has a very hard time understanding geometric progression. It doesn't just add it each time, and it multiplies. At the start, it's very small and hard to notice. But soon the doublings get expedentially bigger. From that a that sudden tipping point, things happen very quickly.
