Is It a Higher Barrier to Entry Crime?

A, i hope that one of the things it does is perhaps lead to the authorities taking swatting much more seriously. There've been some attempts on the federal level to make a blanket legislation about this specific. This is a separate harm that should be punished in a specific way. I don't know that that solves it. But if you up the punishment, maybe that threshold to decide to do it goes up.
