What Are the Horizons of Your Commitments?

You could call it some mission or long term goal or picture or ideal scene, wild success pictures. Oftentimes it's easy to think about those in three to five year kind of chunks. But that gives you permission to dream, essentially, to say whil wild success might look like. That may sound pretty fancy, but this basically says, look in your organization, what are the things that need to be maintained? Well, if you look at your org chart, many org charts are set up that way and so these are all the rolls. Those would be different commetments, by the way, i hope you get but these are, these are different things there.
