I sat with chancellor scholtz just last week for an hour and listened very carefully to him. Ah, we are preparing massive consequences for russia if it invades ukraine again. So we have to do both at the same time. You build up your defence, you build up deterrence. On the one hand, you engage in diplomacy and dialogue on the other. That's the way of it. I think it makes the most sense to carry this forward. Ultimately we get in russia two paths it has to choose.
