We employ about 220 people on any given day. We have three restaurants in the d c, metra arica, and we have one outpost at nats parkarkan. The workerswo were formerly working in a, you know, in a hot kitchen for minimum wage and few benefits - they now have other opportunities. What we pay off of is the d c wage, not the virginia manimum wage. Me and my business partners made a decision when we opened up ourirginia store that nobody is going to work with us if they don't earn a living wage.
