Pan Fry Crenzit Tofu in Pork Fat

Crenzit tofu, if it's not in a stew, you know, a jigga, is pan fried in pork fat. The idea of frying tofu for safety so you don't get splattering all over everywhere is to press as much of that water out without breaking the structure of the tofu itself. So just like gently pressing it down with a towel, making sure as much of the water is gone as possible before you fry it.
