The Logos of Plato

The philosopher is principally the person who achieves apothea. Apothea means passionless in the sense that he is not dominated or ruled by any of the vices or the passions. Logos, obviously, is a very important term, as we said, that would pop up. But another term that comes up might be referring to the plural, this will be very commonly used later on in Byzantine theology is lo-gis. And so there, this means many reasons, multiple reasons, or ideas.
