How to Compete With Existing Companies

We hire locally, we want to make sure that everybody we hire lives in the local area. We're providing amazing jobs, we pay above the London living wage. And so what the main thing that we're looking at there is how do we ensure that we can actually offer at a competitive price? So it means as we win more customers, that's just increased margin for us. If you think about, I don't know, two million parcels a year, we already have a customer that's doing two million, but we're only making 15% on that. If we add another two million parcels, we could actually make 25% because we're already delivering to that house with their coffee
