India has an infant mortality rate around 33 of all Indian children are still dying for the age of 1. The ability to do a complicated vaginal birth is rapidly eroding in India, says Dr Ravi Agrawal. "The healthcare system is forgetting how to do complicated vaginal births," he adds.
