I'm curious your opinion on this because I think back to the best athlete, the all-star athlete when he was in high school. He just did quarter squats with 135 when the strength coach wasn't looking. So it's like we're looking at this quick hit dopamine fix for everything. When it can be applied, you can do the same thing. You can get all the confidence and competent going to the field or going to a scale or doing it all,. which is the big part of it.
