I'm not director of FAIR anymore. I'm tea scientist, which means I don't have to manage people. So there was one reason to change a job is that I'm actually a pretty terrible administrator. And I didn't want to spend my time, my life doing it. The current directors of FAIR are Jarel Pinot and Antoine Baud. They direct two separate parts of FAIR.
