The company doesn't operate on its own. It's 2,000 people walking in every day. I'm a visible leader. The way I work with our people, you can ask Yvonne,. You can ask Ally and the rest of the team here. And that's two or three times a week. We meet with 10 or 12 employees without their supervisors around. We share stories about our families. I ask how they're doing. But we see the fabric of that investor base changing over time in tandem with our anticipated success in the future.
