The Mental Model Is Slow Down to Speed Up
The mental model, i think, through is slow down to speed up. And when we can kind of step back, analyze things from a higher perspective, in the long run, we actually end up going faster. But it starts with leadership. Like you got to admit when you were wrong, call out your mistakes. Almost more importantly, there's always ability to get better, to understand mistakes. That happens, both in losses and in win so he hilights this. I love how he highlights here. He understands like that, self discipline being built up overtime, that's just going to continue to compound.
