Are Passion and Conviction the Ideals?

Passion is required because, like, look, we all work really hard. If it's not something we're passionate about, is jjust going to die on e vine eventually? Lhets t be very clear. Like passion is actually a very strong form of initiation into a either accompany, a project or an idea. And its great. It's ossive you even get to first genine of our product, because you just will it to happen. Then the questionl ultimately becomes, wl, is there fit here and how to i build upon this. That's really where conviction, really, really has to come in.
