The Importance of Investment in Institutions

I agree with the observations that have just been made, you know, and answer observation about how we structure investment. I remember I went many years ago to a seminar at the institution of engineering and technology in the heart of London. Somebody presented what then called them locally the MIT teething rings - they were interlocking rings showing television, telecommunications, music, and computers. And it was making the argument that digital convergence. You know, 15, 20 years, 25 years, look where we are with that convergence. It's an exciting time for our country but there is more work to be done.
