I'm not inclined necessarily to disagree that we would have experiences and the way we develop our concepts is by fundamental similarities that we recognize between them. But that I don't see them as elementary as he seems to think that they are. There seems to be a lot more to say about what you mean by saying that one thing is similar to another and a lot more going into these elementary experiences. The really our part is kind of what's missing from Karnap and that's really a much more modest reductionist project.
