i think tos's reviews is very astute in this kind of er, noting that many on the left, at least at first, thought tha th lock downs worth slightly encouraging. Andnly, he does point out that maln argued that lockdowns a stripped the state down to its barest relative atronomy. So there is something in this reading somewhat positive, or not positive, about lockdowns,. But it reveals something that is a positive underlying factor, that the state is able to be more detached and relatively autonymous than it had been previously.
