Closure Camp: How Facilitation Can Help Hiring Junior Engineers

closure camp is one of the projects we're getting off the ground and our hypothesis is that if we foster facilitation in the community that we can solve this problem of hiring junior engineers. It also solves another problem in that being a mentor or teacher can be thankless work it can be it's like burnout city anyone that's ever really tried you try because you're passionate about sharing what you love. I'm co-authoring a book with Alex Miller it's a closure core contributor and I don't know I did I wonder if the listeners need an Alex?
