I am continually surprised by the power of genuine listening. People who are led by their curiosity and who genuinely listen to the perspectives of others, they learn like crazy. How have you developed your listening ability and your skill recognizing that? I think we're all wrong. You're just very open about admitting it. We've got to figure out how to keep ourselves growing and alive and curious if we're going to solve the really significant challenges that we have created.
