The Indictment of Walt Nauta

Mitchell Eppner is a former federal prosecutor and member of Rottenberg, Lippmann and Rich. Walt Nauta does not have a lawyer who is a member of the bar of the Southern District of Florida. Under Florida's very peculiar rules, somebody cannot appear just for the purposes of arraignment unless they're members of that bar. So he didn't have anybody who could represent him in an arraignment to say those magical words not guilty.
