The Problem With Non-Residents in the Debt Crisis
Domestic debt is very important in this debt crisis. It's perhaps half more or less of public debts in general. The government could deal with domestic debts through through the evaluations or through restructuring it. But increasingly, equity funds have bought domestic debts because they have very high interest rates typically. And so the question now is how you treat them.
