Is 2019 a Year of Opportunity Versus Retrenchment?
69% think it's a year of opportunity versus retrenchment. 82% believe that interest rates will be on a net basis higher than they were in the first couple of months of the year. I think there was, there could have been some expectation that by the end of the year, the fourth quarter rates could be reduced. We'll know in the next couple of weeks whether that's more or less likely to occur.
