Building Street Cred in Quotes

A lot of papers get published. A lot of them are powerful but silent, which means they don't get much recognition when they're first written. It's really hard to determine the value of a paper just looking at number of citations. If it's something that I'm familiar with, an area of study, then I'll read it and attempt to fully understand it. For data science applications, yeah, it could be a novel approach to utilizing tooling or some new architecture structure with an AI algorithm.
