The Merits of Missouri's Lawsuit Against the Biden Administration

The Supreme Court is not a free flowing constitutional debate faculty, right? It's there in Article three of the Constitution to decide cases and controversies. The doctrine of standing, this question of whether a plaintiff in federal court has a real injury caused by the person or suing that could be remedied by the court. That's a that's a fundamental structural constraint on the work of the Supreme Court. If they do, it seems like a no brainer to me that clearly the Biden administration has overstepped its bounds.
