In PJM, we're going through a huge redesign of the way that the interconnection process works right now. In a world of looking at trying to expedite, how do we do much more modular, smaller, discrete additions in the form of solar? You've got to be looking at clustering these things together. Developers need to think about what is possible versus what they desire.
