The Zombies: A Warning to Cybersecurity Firms
This is a zombie case that has been going on for a long, long time. It could be appealed up to the Supreme Court. I think it's a warning to cybersecurity firms that if they don't pay attention to litigation like this, we could see a legal landscape in which companies could be held liable even if they originally made the charge in good faith.
