The end is a symptom. The real pain is back in the beginning. I think buyers appreciate it, right? Because no seller is perfect, we're going to screw up. And as long as we're thinking with their best interest in mind, which in my opinion is kind of what that is, I think it's okay to do that and admit that we got it wrong.
