What I Learned About the COVID Process in China

Debbie Kaiser: Debbie, welcome back both to the States and to Seneca. She got her PhD in political science from UC San Diego. And then from 2007 to 2012 was principal advisor to the World Resources Institute's China Energy and Climate Program. So I went to China to work on a project looking at US-China climate relations over the past 30 years. The visa process itself took months and months and months because China is so restrictive during this COVID period for who can get there.
