The History of Coffee Preparation
Coffee originated in Africa and became synonymous with types of coffee such as espresso, latte, cappino. In the 19th century we start seeing the sort of development of different brewing techniques. We also have a difference in terms of what's going in the pot - up until the 20th century that is all of the coffee was composed of coffee or a rabbit.
