How Do I Improve My Garden?

There's a bunch of different ways you can do it. And obviously it's all defined by what your sight needs. So for example, a friend of mine out in california lives near a highway and theyd scraped all the top soil around the highway to build up the highway. It's just garbage. So how do building that soil up? There's different ways we can do that. Whether it's through taking advantage of free resources like a mulch. Like if you see a tree getting cut down and they chip it all up the house, guys have to pay to get rid of it most of the time. Or they they get paid just enough to cover their gas.
