Power BI Reports - Do You Need to Be Proactive When You Develop a Report?

I am in the opinion that I think we have to be proactive when we're developing a report son hey what do you need what decisions you're making. If someone were to be developed for reports and they don't take any proactive work on their reports to do storytelling they will be foreseen as just a data dump or like just service only. Tommy, how much time do you spend a report versus how much value you get out of the report? You could look at the same report next year and it would be different so I don't want to spend a ton of time on a report that I'm getting minimal to no value from if you're just did a dumping information.
