The Power of Practice
The practice side of it I think 100% helps a lot you know we chose early on to invest in our practice our practice around for example responding to a major interruption of service. We invested in literally when we had coined a handful of blogs early on in the days prior to even myself joining page read called failure Fridays which every Friday there's a time window where teams would sign up to run their chaos engineering test. These are basically controlled tests and failure modes happening in the live environments so that we can learn very quickly or we where we need to be.
