I was struggling with this in my professional life. The new year rolled around and I thought, okay, I need to go and do something to overcome this. What's one thing I could do? Maybe I can just get comfortable publishing my opinion on the internet. No one has to read it but I just need to do it and get comfortable with that act. Lo Behold, I did this.
